Parchment Express is a small and friendly, craft supplies mail order business, specialising in Parchment Craft.
Based in south Leicestershire, it is owned and managed by Jez Loweth.
Pauline Loweth started parchment craft in 1994 for something new to show her W.I. group. Since then, she has become a well known Parchment Craft Tutor and is a fully qualified ParchCraft Australia instructor. With her City & Guilds teaching qualification she runs regular residential courses at two wonderful council ran adult education centres, Horncastle college in Lincolnshire and Knuston Hall in Northamptonshire. Pauline has a unique way of teaching which makes this hobby/craft accesible to all, from beginner to expert, she can help anyone, male and female, young and old, to achieve beautiful results. With her best selling book "Parchment Craft Techniques - A step by Step Guide",(NOW SOLD OUT) and an ever growing range of popular pattern packs to her name she is a lady very much in demand.

Jez Loweth and his fiance Sandra manage all of the stock, from ordering to delivery, they make sure your order gets out as quickly as possible. They also run all of the outside shows and exhibitions where they try to get out and about to meet our customers.
